Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with NEHA. If you're not happy with our service, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • You are not satisfied with the service
  • The service did not meet your expectations
  • You experienced technical issues that we couldn't resolve

Note: Free trial users are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team at support@wellnessneha.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. We'll process your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscription renewals if you continued using the service beyond the renewal date
  • Services consumed or accessed after the 14-day period
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
